1. Returns

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain products such as perishable goods, personal care items, intimate products, and clearance/discounted items are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.
5. Shipping for Returns

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
