2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process after delivery.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Please use a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee receipt without proof of delivery.
